2. Services ProvidedCoaching, mentoring, or healing servicesGroup containers and live workshops (in-person or virtual)Digital offerings such as e-courses and templates

3. Payments & PlansFull payment is required upfront unless a payment plan is arranged.Payment plans are contractual agreements and must be honoured. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services.For fixed-term programs or packages, the full term is payable regardless of attendance or completion (unless otherwise required by law).All services must be paid in full before access to future sessions, materials, or support is provided.No refunds will be issued for change of mind. You are responsible for understanding the service you are purchasing.

4. Cancellations & Session Policies24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule private sessions. Late cancellations will be forfeited.Group sessions are not refundable or transferable.We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. RefundsRefunds are not provided for change of mind. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if a service is not delivered as described, is faulty, or cannot be remedied.

6. ConfidentialityAll personal information shared is kept strictly confidential unless required by law or where there is concern for safety.

7. Intellectual PropertyAll materials (including recordings, templates, emails, and resources) are copyrighted to Di Greener and may not be reused or shared without permission.
